Today Samsung unveiled its new smartwatch Gear S.  Do you want to know what’s new in Gear S.? The new thing is its ability to connect to 2G and 3G networks automatically.

In simple words to get notifications or make calls, there is no need to connect your Gear S to your smartphone wirelessly. But still if you want to connect your smartphone to your Gear S you can. The new Gear S makes it possible via Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Samsung’s new Gear S is different from other smartwatches in a lot of ways. It has 2-inch Super AMOLED display with 360 x 480 resolution. Reading message, alerts and notification are those functions which are performed perfectly by its two inch Super AMOLED display.
 



The new Samsung Gear S lets you do a lot of things. You not only can make calls but you can also receive calls with your Samsung Gear S. By using an onscreen keyboard you can easily reply to the messages. In addition Samsung’s Gear S can also be controlled by voice commands. The smartwatch is coming with a heart rate monitor, GPS, compass and barometer. In case you are still thinking that’s all it has to offer you, a pair of headphones, Gear Circle, also has been announced by the company. It will help you in performing a lot of functions.
 

The sale will start in the month of October. Both Gear S and Gear Circle, headphones, will be available for sale in October. Samsung’s new Gear S is coming with a dual core 1.0GHz processor and 512MB RAM, 4GB storage and a 300mAh battery.
