T-Mobile Launches Score, Get Discounts on Smartphones by Paying $5

News - United States

Yesterday T-Mobile announced its latest uncarrier move. The carrier’s SCORE! Program is now official. You only have to pay $5 in order to be eligible for discounted smart phones after six months and twelve months. You can get your hands on to a free entry-level phone like the Alcatel Onetouch Evolve 2. There is one more thing you get a discount on any other smartphone T-Mo sells if you wait twelve months. For instance, you can have the Nexus 6 and the Galaxy Note 4 in the new reduced prices, $499 and $599 respectively.

Being a score member for twelve months means you are able to unlock deals on your dream smart phones. The new SCORE! Plan is a very exciting new plan announce by the carrier. The program SCORE! has been announced officially by T-Mobile.

“Starting today, T-Mobile customers can join SCORE! for just $5 a month. After six months in the program, members automatically qualify for a free entry-level smartphone. After 12 months, they’ll be able to get deals on all T-Mobile smart phones including the hottest new 4G LTE devices.”

The carrier will keep updating the deals. Those additional $5 charges could add up, in case you are not interested in upgrading your device each and every year. But you should know that the new plan is available to both T-Mobile subscribers prepaid and postpaid. There were rumors that the plan is only limited to prepaid customers but that is no true. No matter you are on postpaid, prepaid, BYOD or any other plan you are able to sign up to pay $5 per month. Before SCORE there was “Jump” program. But SCORE is $5 per month less than Jump.
