Sony’s smartphones are good but normally they do not come to US carriers. Japanese tech giant unveiled the smartphone at IFA. The letter v suggests that Xperia Z3v is different from Xperia Z3.

Sony’s Xperia Z3v that is coming to Verizon is coming with new features like wireless charging and a slightly bigger 3200mAh battery. The rest of the specs are almost same like the smartphone features a 5.2 inch display, 3GB RAM, 32GB internal storage expandable up to 128GB via microSD, 2.5GHz Snapdragon 801 processor and a 20.7MP rear facing camera.  Xperia Z3v is a waterproof phone. On the global version Sony promised two days of battery life but Verizon is only claiming “more than one day” on Xperia Z3v.

There is one more thing you can get a $200 discount if you purchase the Xperia Z3v along with Xperia Tablet Z2 as a bundle. Isn’t it a great deal? Sony’s first Android Wear powered smart watch will also come to Verizon. The smart watch will cost you $249.
